Today we are going to be talking about recycling. Recycling is quite big thing in the media, with some critics saying that it doesn't help. But I would say that even though it isn't going to save the world, it will make a small difference and probably save you some money!

So here are some recycling ideas (although depending on your personal situation it might be up cycling or down cycling):

  1. An old t-shirt turned into an apron
  2. An old t-shirt turned into a cushion
  3. Tin cans turned into plant pots
  4. Tin cans turned into pencil holders
  5. Plastic bottles or clear plastic tubes turned into bird feeders
  6. An old handbag turned into a picnic basket

  9. Old t-shirts turned into a baby blanket
  10. Plastic spoons turned into mirror decorations
  11. Bike parts into a lamp shade
  12. An old piano turned into a fountain
  13. A suitcase turned into a cabinet
  14. A skateboard turned into a swing
  15. Old crates turned into shelves;
  16. Globes turned into lamps
  17. A bike wheel turned into a clock
  18. Stamps and books turned into nightshades
  19. CDs/DVDs into a birdbath
  20. Plastic cups turned into playing card holders
  21. Plastic cups turned into pencil holders
  22. Ketchup bottles turned into birdfeeders
  23. Bottles corks into a doormat or even a pinboard
